When will my order ship?

In stock orders ship within 5-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) unless otherwise noted or ordered with a preordered item. If ordered with a preordered item, your order will ship once all items are ready.

When will I receive my order?

Consider the Wildflowers is located in California. All orders are shipped with USPS and have tracking. Delays with shipping can happen and are unfortunately out of our control. Please contact your local post office or USPS if you'd like more info.

What is the preorder shipping timeframe?

All items will have a date or time frame in which they will ship. This can be found on each individual items page.

I put the wrong address.

Please always double and triple check your shipping address. We will do all we can in order to help you, but once an order has shipped it is out of our hands and is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will not be given for wrong addresses.

Lost or Delayed packages

All packages are shipped with tracking. Please check your tracking. If your package shows as delayed please give it a few extra days or contact USPS or your local post office. If your package shows as delivered you will need to contact USPS, your local post office or mail person. Once your package is shipped we are not responsible for these issues. Please always keep your tracking number handy so these issues can be addressed asap with your carrier and you can take the appropriate steps needed.

Refunds and Returns

ALL sales are FINAL. If you received the wrong item or an item is defective please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve the issue asap.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed it can not be canceled. This applies to all orders. When you receive your package you will not be granted a refund if you return the item, as cancellations are not accepted.
